This care package should not replace your insurance, we highly recommend procuring insurance for your fine jewellery. Insurance may cover items not covered by your care package such as: theft, loss, centre stone loss, stone over 2mm loss and damage exceeding your care package coverage.

Should you cancel your package, it will remain active for one year from activation/renewal date.

Premium Care Package must be activated prior to ring receipt. We reserve the right to void a Premium Care Package if ring(s) are serviced by another jeweller. Rings with waivers are not eligible for a Premium Care Package. We reserve the right to refuse renewal of a premium care package if signs of improper wear are evident.

If your premium care package is activated after you receive your order, an inspection may be required to assess the condition of your ring. Premium servicing/repairs are applicable only during active coverage period. Damage incurred before/after coverage period will not be covered.
