Annual Cleaning
Your Alexis Gallery ring(s) will be cleaned, polished and tensioned free of charge.
Please submit all rings at the same time (engagement ring and wedding rings if applicable). Please submit only your ring(s). Ring boxes/ personal bags may not be returned.
Optional Services - If applicable for you ring(s)
For White Gold + Platinum rings: Platinum dip (makes rings extra white and shiny) $60+hst per ring. The remaining platinum will be removed during the polishing process. If we skip the platinum dip, your ring(s) will look grey. If your ring is all white or has a white setting, we also recommend this service.
For Brushed and Textured rings: re-texture ring $60+hst per ring
For Black/Grey Platinum rings: dark platinum dip $60+hst per ring
Servicing takes approximately 7-10 business days. If you are servicing your ring(s) before an event (ie. your wedding, shower, photoshoot), your drop-off meeting must be at least 30 days before your event.
