At Home Cleaning Guide

Here's a great way to clean your fine jewellery (this method is suitable for gold and platinum jewelry set with diamonds or sapphires.  Please enquire for all other gemstones):

1. Place a dollop of dish liquid in a bowl

2. Pour a cup of warm water over mild dish liquid and mix

3. Place your ring in the solution for 15-20 minutes

4. Gently scrub the underside of your stones with a soft bristle toothbrush

5. Rinse in warm water

6. Repeat steps 1-5 if necessary

Ultrasonic Cleaners

If desired, we recommend only occasional use of at-home ultrasonic machines, as they can cause damage and/or stone loosening of prong set jewellery. Always ensure your jewellery is suspended by a hanger or in a basket, never sitting on the bottom. Overuse of ultrasonic cleaners can lead to stone loosening/loss. They can also damage jewellery making contact with the interior of the machine during use. Ultrasonics can damage delicate jewellery and gemstones.
